Cimarron is seeking a Custodian to support a large aerospace and defense customer at the Eglin Air Force Base, FL. This position is supporting a 1-year contract.

Key Duties:

• Solve routine problems by following established custodial practices and procedures.
• Apply proper safety techniques and storage methods in the completion of daily custodial activities.
• Maintain awareness of supply levels and communicate needs to assigned lead custodian.
• Assist the lead custodian in the delivery of supplies to required areas.
• Provide occasional guidance on established cleaning techniques to less experienced custodians.
• Coordinate and oversee site conditions, safety, and maintenance to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, with guidance.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards such as city, county, state, and federal.
• Develop options so that facilities maintenance and compliance programs are accomplished within project objectives.
• Coordinate support functions, such as vendors, security, fire, SHEA, and network infrastructure, and verify compliance with project documents.
• Receive customer requests for routine, small-scale projects such as construction, rearrangements, moves, and asset acquisition, via various electronic methods.
• Assist validation against acceptance criteria for new requests and acknowledge customer requests.
• Log requests into the work management system in order to document, track, and perform work.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Possesses substantial knowledge and understanding of the general aspects of custodial tasks and cleaning processes.
• Demonstrated familiarity with security awareness requirements for assigned areas.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 or more years of related experience.
